With you, across Colorado

Compassionate care, anywhere in Colorado
I am a queer-, trans-, and neurodivergent-affirming therapist based in Denver, Colorado. I’m licensed to serve across the state, so whether you’re in Denver like me, Boulder, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, or anywhere else, I got you.
All of my therapy sessions are virtual and use a HIPAA-compliant platform. Most days, I’ll be wearing comfy clothes, with a weighted lap pad, and herbal tea (at the moment I'm enjoying Yogi’s peppermint mixed with Egyptian licorice.) I show up in what makes me feel most grounded and encourage you to do the same!
What does pleasure-centered therapy look like?
As a pleasure-centered therapist, I want to support you in reconnecting what feels good in ways that are unique to you. This can be transformative work, especially for folks holding marginalized identities who may have disconnected from their bodies due to social stigma, trauma, or shame. I believe pleasure is a powerful tool for both healing and liberation.
We might explore…
Your relationship to desire - both erotic and non-erotic*
The impact of social conditioning - how outside messages shape your self-image
How to listen to your body - using techniques like mindfulness and somatic awareness
Ways to move through the world with self-compassion and confidence
If you’relooking for a virtual, neurodivergent, and queer therapist in Colorado who hears your lived experience and meets you with curiosity and care, I’d be honored to work with you. Whether you’re familiar with this type of therapy, or if this is a totally new idea for you, you’re welcome here.
*Sex therapy is always talk-based, it is never sexual or physical in nature. The focus is on helping you explore your relationship to sexuality, pleasure, and self in a safe, professional space

Online therapy makes it easier to fit appointments into your life without adding another commute. Many of my clients appreciate being able to attend sessions from home, their office, or another private location. Telehealth also increases access to affirming and specialized therapy, especially if you live in an area where LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodivergent affirming, or sex therapy specialists are limited.
-
I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ adults, Autistic and other neurodivergent adults, couples and relationships, and individuals seeking sex therapy. Many of my clients come to therapy because they’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, intimacy concerns, burnout, perfectionism, or life transitions. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals.

Yes! Couples and relationship therapy can be just as effective online as it is in person for many relationships. If you and your partner(s) are together during sessions, we can meet from the same device. If you’re in different locations within Colorado, we can often still meet together virtually, making it easier to stay connected despite busy schedules.
